Refund policy
Gerylove offers a full 30-day trial period for all products. The 30-day trial period begins when the customer receives the product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We require that returns be shipped back in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. You should retain tracking information to provide Gerylove with proof of delivery. Gerylove is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage you cause to the product.
If a customer chooses to return a product within the 30-day trial period, they will receive a 100% refund of the product cost - any optional expedited shipping and international shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that there is a $15 return fee for returns. This fee aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability and helps us offset the costs associated with eco-friendly restocking practices.
Returns must include your full name and order number. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial period. Returns after the 30-day trial period will not be accepted.
If the returned product is damaged or in unsaleable condition, the shipment will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Product Condition
Products returned to us are complete, new, and resalable.
All original Gerylove branded packaging (including boxes and product boxes) is intact and in new and saleable condition. Failure to include all original branded product boxes and packaging boxes will result in the return being rejected, and a $15 shipping fee to ship the item back to you.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to proof of damage, meaning we require photo and video proof of receipt of the damaged item. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, you must send an email to support@gerylovetherapy.com to request an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your item. If the refund is approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Warranty Policy
Gerylove offers a one-year warranty on all products. This warranty applies only to physical products purchased directly from Gerylove.
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Gerylove will, at no charge, repair or replace products that are defective due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period.
Warranty Claims Process
Step 1: Please submit a warranty claim [including a screenshot of your order, order number and purchase date], photos or videos of the defective device, and a complete description of the product defect) to: Email: support@gerylovetherapy.com
Step 2: Once your warranty claim is confirmed, please ship the defective device to our warehouse after receiving a return shipping label. For the first 180 days, Gerylove will cover all shipping costs associated with your claim. After the first 180 days, the buyer will be responsible for the product shipping costs and any related insurance during shipping to Gerylove. Please retain tracking information as proof of delivery to us.
Step 3: Receive warranty service (repair or replacement) and await delivery.
What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not cover any problems resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; nor does it cover products that have been stolen or lost.
