I really like this therapy belt because it is so flexible. You can wrap it around any part of your body. We are very active in my family and red light therapy really helps with sore muscles or any injuries that may be inflamed. It's lightweight, the perfect size, and easy to clean. He so much more relaxed and sleeps much better after his treatments. I do cover him with a blanket to protect his eyes. I highly recommend!
